When was the last time you hugged a tree????
When was the last time you thanked a tree for just being there, and healing you and all the people you love????
Do you have a tree friend ?????🌲🌲🌲

As kids you gave yourself full permission to climb, play and love trees. As we get older for some of us we don’t we stop, we stop climbing hugging and playing in trees WHY????
Some of the stories I have herd are:
That looks strange.
I’m not a hippie bla bla
I feel silly people will look at me.

I say STUFF that ! those people dif need to hug a tree, drop the adult story for a small moment of time and appreciate that tree.
Who the hell cares what people think about you hugging a tree. Maybe they will get a laugh maybe they will join you.

Now it’s has to be a nice long hug, spend some time connect with that tree connect thank it appreciate it.
